On June 3, 2025, Polhem infra and the City of Pori (Björneborg) closed and with that Polhem infra acquired 49% of Pori Energia. This is Polhem’s first investment in Finland. A new board of directors has been appointed and the cooperation with the municipality will begin immediately. For Polhem Infra, this is an important milestone and proof that Polhem Infra has a given role in cooperation with Nordic municipalities.
