Polhem Infra has on January 15th submitted an offer for a 49% ownership in Pori Energia Oy, a municipal utility of the City of Pori in Finland. The investment would be a great fit to Polhem Infra’s investment strategy and reflect our commitment to partnering with municipalities to enhance and develop critical infrastructure. Polhem Infra’s expertise and capital together with the City of Pori will secure future developments and investments.
The offer is currently being evaluated by the City of Pori. Polhem Infra will not comment further on the matter while the decision-making process is ongoing.
